Learn to trust yourself again
A grounded, body-based practice for quieting the overthinking mind and tuning in to the inner guidance that's been there all along — so you can make decisions with clarity, not fear.

I built this school because I believe that learning to trust yourself is one of the most quietly radical things a person can do.

Who it's for
Is this you?
The chronic overthinker
She researches every decision into the ground and is ready to finally learn how to step out of the loop and trust what she already knows.
The people-pleaser in recovery
She's spent years deferring to everyone else's opinions and is learning, slowly and courageously, to find and follow her own voice.
The midlife recalibrator
After years of putting everyone else first, she's asking 'what do I actually want?' — and needs tools to hear the answer.
The quietly burned-out professional
She's good at her job but feels hollow inside and senses her body has been trying to tell her something she hasn't had space to hear.
The spiritual-but-skeptical seeker
She's drawn to inner work but needs it grounded in practice, not jargon — she wants tools she can actually use, not concepts to believe in.
The anxious decision-maker
Big life choices — career, relationships, where to live — feel paralyzing, and she's ready to make them from clarity instead of fear.

A note from your teacher

If you've landed here, I'd guess you're tired.
Not the kind of tired that a good night's sleep fixes, the kind that comes from spending so long second-guessing yourself that even small decisions feel exhausting. You've read the books, you've made the pros-and-cons lists, you've asked everyone around you what they think. And somewhere in all of that noise, your own voice got very, very quiet.
I know that place. And I know how strange it feels to be a capable, thoughtful, intelligent person, and still not be able to trust yourself.
What I've come to understand, after years of exploring this for myself and guiding others through it, is that intuition isn't some rare gift that certain people are born with. It's a skill. A practice. Something that responds to attention the way a garden responds to water. And one of the most powerful entry points isn't the mind at all, it's the body. Your body has been giving you signals your whole life. This school is about learning to read them.
My Intuitive Practice was built for exactly the person you are right now, someone thoughtful enough to question everything, including this. I didn't design it to be mystical or vague, because that's never been what this work actually is. It's grounded. It's structured. There are real techniques here: a body-check ritual you can do in under three minutes, a journaling method for telling fear apart from knowing, a way of stacking small practices into the ordinary texture of your day. By the time you reach the final lessons, you won't just understand intuition differently, you'll have a living, personalized practice that belongs to you.
One thing I want you to know before you begin: you don't have to be certain before you start. Certainty is actually one of the things we gently let go of in this school. All I ask is that you bring a small, quiet willingness to listen, to yourself, maybe for the first time in a long while.
That's enough. You're enough. And I'm so glad you're here.
